QPN Catalyst Network
Submission Terms

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

Published at: qpncatalyst.io/terms

By sending any communication to an @qpncatalyst.io email address, or to any Authorized Catalyst Proxy Address that forwards to the QPN Catalyst Network, you agree to the following terms. Continued or repeated submission of communications constitutes continuing acceptance. No account creation, signature, or prior registration is required.

What Happens When You Submit

Your Confidentiality Obligations

By submitting, you agree to:

You may share submission details with fellow QPN Catalyst participants who have agreed to these terms or who have executed a Quantum Privacy Cell Participation Agreement, for purposes of collaborating on contribution graphs. Such communications remain protected as trade secrets.

Your Rights

Right of Non-Disclosure

You receive a contractual right to decline to disclose the existence or details of your submissions to any third party. You may invoke this right as a legal basis for refusing disclosure to any employer, contracting entity, governmental body, or other party.

Trade-Secret Protection

Quantum Privacy LLC is obligated to maintain your submission records in encrypted form, limit access to authorized personnel (see our access model), and resist any compelled disclosure through all available legal mechanisms.

Retroactive Attribution

If you later activate a Quantum Privacy Cell, all prior submissions will be retroactively attributed to you with full credit. Your position in the contribution timeline is locked from the timestamp of your earliest submission.

Response Modes

You select your preferred response mode by choosing which email address to send to:

Available response mode addresses are published at qpncatalyst.io.

No Value Created Upon Submission

Submission creates no ownership interest, economic right, transferable right, compensation, or thing of value. Individual contributions must be linked into contribution graphs that include qualifying milestones — such as enterprise commitments, public announcements, partnership agreements, or production deployments — that generate real-world economic value within the Privacy Network Exchange. Public commitments to participation by individuals, enterprises, organizations, or government entities are inherently valuable, and personal evangelism is independently weighted by your credibility, expertise, reputation, and relationships. However, these outcomes take time to emerge, require compliance verification, and are not guaranteed.

The Deferred Activation model ensures that contributions can be verified for compliance with employment agreements, fiduciary obligations, and other legal or regulatory restrictions before any allocation occurs. Compliance review operates at the level of individual allocations — specific allocations that intersect with professional, governmental, or fiduciary restrictions may be redirected to public-benefit entities, while other allocations within the same contribution graph remain unaffected. Every person and organization has been granted a QPC Option that always entitles them to participate through personal advocacy, even if allocations related to professional or fiduciary roles are restricted. No value of any kind exists until you affirmatively choose to activate a Quantum Privacy Cell through a separate agreement, your contributions are linked to qualifying milestones that produce measurable value, and compliance verification is complete. You are never required to activate.

All allocation determinations are governed by the QP Rewards Allocation Model, a systematic framework guided by the Unified Trust Model Premiums — including the Strategic, Timing, Value, Cascade, and Publicity Premiums — that evaluates contributions based on verified causal linkage, relative timing, independent corroboration, and downstream impact. The Managers of Quantum Privacy LLC retain sole and absolute discretion over the design, calibration, and interpretation of the Allocation Model, but individual allocations are determined by the model’s application to the contribution graph, not by ad hoc managerial decisions.

Trade Secret Designation

All submissions and records derived from them are designated as trade secrets under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. §1836) and the Delaware Trade Secrets Act (6 Del. C. §2001 et seq.). This designation applies from the moment of receipt.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
